How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Harderyounger Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Harderyounger Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Harderyounger Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@harderyounger.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
